​​​Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:

Some of the duties and responsibilities for therapist positions include:

  • Maintain appropriate documentation per company standards
  • Provide high-quality evaluations and therapy sessions appropriately 
  • Maintain excellent caregiver communication and relationships
  • Follow up with client and/or caregivers following evaluation to ensure understanding and recommendations via phone conversation or in person
  • Maintain the physical capacity to engage with highly active children throughout a workday
  • Be willing to participate in both clinic and community events (such as: parent education workshops, resource fairs, parent support groups, walks, expos, conferences, etc.)
  • Report stats, submit session charges, and complete paperwork in a timely manner
  • Contribute to content for blog/social media posts as appropriate
  • Assist with clinic maintenance, as needed
  • Participate in quarterly and annual reviews with thoughtful reflection and forward thinking towards goals for the next quarter and/or year
  • Participation in the Clinical Ladder in order to further develop personal and professional goals.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (COTA, OTR)


We are looking to add skilled occupational therapists to our team who have pediatric experience.  Work experience in an outpatient pediatric therapy practice is a plus. A firm understanding of working with children with sensory processing differences, Autism, and behavioral challenges are a must. 

Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, SLPA)

Ideal candidates would have experience working with children with Autism, Language delays, AAC, and Feeding.
